Bodegas Yuntero on a commercial visit in Russia

From June 25 to 26, representatives of the La Mancha winery will travel to Russia to hold a meeting with importers, distributors and the specialized press of the wine sector, in an exhibition organized by the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX). .

The meeting takes place over two days, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, June 25, in the city of Yekaterinburg, the third most populated in Russia. It is a key location for the distribution and marketing of the central area of ​​this country, more specifically the Ural Region.

In Yekaterinburg there are also the main international food chains, with more than 45 establishments, as well as fifteen local chains and more than 40 stores specialized in wine, according to data provided by IPEX.

Through this initiative, IPEX aims to promote commercial relations between La Mancha wine producers - Bodegas Yuntero among them - and wine distributors, importers and retailers in the area. At the event, which will be attended by the specialized regional press, the wineries will carry out tastings of their products and will hold individual meetings with Russian buyers.

2014 a year of meetings

Currently, Bodegas Yuntero exports 86% of its production to twenty countries. Throughout 2014, the winery has participated in various meetings and exhibitions aimed at international importers and distributors - from countries such as the United States, China, Japan, Poland and Ukraine, among others - with the aim of strengthening existing commercial relations and fostering new export agreements.

This same week, Bodegas Yuntero participates in two other meetings with delegations of Chinese and American importers, who traveled to Castilla-La Mancha on the occasion of the Reverse Missions organized, respectively, by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ciudad Real (with sponsorship of the Provincial Council), and by the Regulatory Council of the La Mancha Denomination of Origin. Throughout the week, both delegations will also visit the facilities of Bodegas Yuntero, in Manzanares (Ciudad Real), which turns 60 in 2014.
