Elaboration:: From grapes selected in the largest vineyards in the world, this DO Mancha Tempranillo-Merlot coupage is born. The two varieties that give life to this wine are made independently to preserve the expressiveness of each of them. After a 10-day maceration at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, the process continues with a 3-month aging in French and American oak barrels, to finish with the final blend of these grapes that will give rise to an excellent, high-quality wine.

Appearance:: Intense cherry color with maroon trim.
Aroma:: Rich aromas of red fruits, fruit compote, with hints of vanilla and roasted wine from the barrel.
Taste:: Balanced, warm, with a pleasant and long-lasting fineness.
Food Pairing: An ideal accompaniment for red meats, game meat, pates and fatty or cured cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 16º to 18º.
