Frizzante

Sparkling

Composición: Macabeo.

Graduación: 5.5 % vol

Elaboración: Para la elaboración de este vino, se seleccionan las uvas de la variedad macabeo, recolectadas mediante vendimia nocturna. De esta manera conseguimos que la uva llegue a bodega a baja temperatura, y poder preservar así los aromas propios de la variedad. Se extrae el mosto de la uva mediante escurrido en depósito autovaciante, y a continuación, se fermenta a temperatura controlada (en torno a 12ºC), para poder extraer muchos más aromas y matices. El proceso de fermentación es lento y cuidado, y se detiene cuando conseguimos llegar al equilibrio perfecto entre alcohol, azúcares y acidez en el vino

Fase Visual: Amarillo pálido con reflejos verdosos, limpio y brillante. Su burbuja fina y persistente realza su carácter fresco y vibrante.

Fase Olfativa: Intensos aromas frutales que recuerdan a manzana verde, pera y anisados con notas.

Fase Gustativa: Suave y goloso, con un dulzor marcado y una acidez equilibrada que aporta frescura. Su burbuja ligera y bien integrada realza las sensaciones afrutadas, dejando un final largo y envolvente.

Maridaje: Perfecto para disfrutar solo, bien frío, o acompañado de postres, frutas frescas, quesos suaves y foie. También armoniza con aperitivos ligeros y platos de cocina asiática de sabores agridulces.

Temperatura: Recomendamos servirlo entre 6º Y 8ºC

Poética

Poética Sparkling

Composición: Verdejo – Moscatel.

Graduación: 7 % vol

Elaboración: Este coupage es elaborado con uvas varietales recolectadas en vendimia nocturna.
Static rackling at a low temperature is performed to obtain a visually transparent must. Once the alcohol and sugar volume is balanced, the fermentation process is concluded by applying low temperatures.

Fase Visual: Expresivo color amarillo brillante, con abundantes burbujas.

Fase Olfativa: Afrutado e intenso aroma a manzana verde y cítricos con toques tropicales.

Fase Gustativa: Chispeante y armónico. Con una combinación de fruta y dulzor muy compensada y agradable.

Maridaje: Ideal para acompañar mariscos crudos o cocidos, ensaladas frescas de verano, salsas y cremas suaves.

Temperature: We recommend serving it between 6 and 8ºC.

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.
