Casa La Teja Reserva
Composition: Tempranillo Reserva.
Graduation: 13.5% vol
Preparation: To make this wine, we make a selection of plots of the Tempranillo grape. These grapes undergo careful destemming, followed by vatting in a stainless steel tank. The grapes macerate in the tank during the fermentation process for 12 days at a temperature of 23ºC, to extract the color and aromas typical of the Tempranillo variety. Once fermentation has been completed, the wine is aged for 12 months in barrels.
Visual Phase: Cherry red color with brick reflections.
Olfactory Phase: High aromatic intensity, with hints of currant and blackberry compote and smoky and vanilla background.
Taste Phase: Tasty, with soft and pleasant tannins. It has a pleasant aftertaste with toasted hints.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany stews, roasts, legumes, sausages and cheeses.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 16 and 18ºC.
