Composition: Tempranillo Reserva.
Graduation: 13.5% vol
Preparation: In the heart of the largest vineyard in the world, La Mancha, this reserve wine is born, made with grapes selected from the plots with the most history in the winery. After a long fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-25ºC. Next, we move on to aging the wine for 12 months in mixed American and French oak barrels. Completing the cycle with a period of 24 months in the bottle, which produces a wise wine, with all the flavor and knowledge of the best wines.
Visual Phase: Deep ruby color with terracotta edge.
Olfactory Phase: Complex aroma of berries with subtle spicy notes of toasted vanilla and oak.
Taste Phase: Round, full of well-structured, soft fruit, with a full and long aftertaste.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany lamb, game, beef and stews.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 16 and 18ºC.

Composition: Tempranillo Reserva.
Graduation: 14% vol
Preparation: This is a 100% Tempranillo reserve, whose grapes have been collected and selected manually, from among the oldest vines. The wine has a presence of fruit and the barrel aging gives it toasted touches. In addition, it has elegant and velvety tannins. With this Limited Selection of 7,653 bottles, we wanted to reflect the pioneer spirit and pay tribute to those brave founders who, with their union, effort and enthusiasm, began an adventure that has survived to this day, 70 harvests later.
