Elaboration:: From grapes carefully selected in the heart of the largest vineyard in the world, La Mancha, this very special blend is born. The mechanized harvest is carried out at night to preserve all the properties of the varieties. After a short cold maceration and settling of the yolk must for 48 hours at temperatures between 6 and 8ºC. Next, the fermentation of the yolk must takes place at temperatures between 14 and 16ºC, giving rise to this exquisite wine.

Appearance:: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma:: Fruity of pear, apple and some tropical touch.
Taste:: Intense, frank and voluminous.
