Preparation: This blend is born from a careful preparation of grapes picked by hand in our organic vineyards.
The varieties are received and processed separately. The maceration and fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature for seven days before the final coupage is obtained. The final blend of the three grapes adds deep character and a great flavor profile.

Visual Phase: Cherry color with purple reflections.

Olfactory Phase: Intense wild red fruits and ripe berries

Taste Phase: In the mouth it is harmonious, structured and with character.

Pairing: Perfect to be served with pastas, stews, roast meats, sausages and soft cheeses.

Temperature: We recommend serving it between 14 and 16ºC.

Composición: 100% Verdejo Ecológico.

Graduation: 11.5% vol

Elaboración: Elaborado a partir de uvas seleccionadas de nuestros mejores viñedos ecológicos de la variedad Verdejo. Garantizando la recepción de uva en bodega lo más íntegra posible, llevamos a cabo vendimia nocturna. Seleccionamos el mosto yema, el cual no se ha sometido a ningún tipo de presión y posteriormente, se limpia por desfangado estático, obteniendo un mosto lo más limpio posible. A continuación, se inicia el proceso de fermentación a 16ºC, preservando de esta manera los aromas propios de la variedad Verdejo. Finalmente, la segunda fermentación de este vino se lleva a cabo en depósito de acero inoxidable presurizado a temperatura controlada.

Fase Visual: Color amarillo pajizo, con algún reflejo verdoso y burbuja elegante.

Fase Olfativa: Aromas a hinojo, flores blancas y fruta fresca, pera y manzana ácida.

Fase Gustativa: Fresco con buena acidez y con una burbuja bien integrada.

Maridaje: Ideal para acompañar platos ligeros, tapas y todo tipo de pescados, mariscos crudos o cocidos, ensaladas e incluso postres y dulces.

Temperatura: Recomendamos servirlo entre 6ºC y 8ºC.

Preparation: This wine is born from a careful production of hand-picked grapes in our organic vineyards.
A light maceration is carried out to extract its delicate tonality. The free-run juice is debourbaged to obtain a bright wine, followe by a fermentation process at a controlled temperature during 15-20 days. The focus is on crisp acidity and true varietal character allowing the fruit flavors to shine.

Visual Phase: Clean and bright, with an attractive pale salmon color.

Olfactory Phase: Aromatic intensity of strawberry and raspberry with a floral background.

Taste Phase: Balanced, broad, moderately acidic, and with a long aftertaste.

Pairing: Perfect to accompany seafood, fish, white meats, vegetable soups and creams.

Temperature: We recommend serving it between 10 and 12ºC.

Composition: Verdejo – Sauvignon Blanc

Graduation: 11.5% vol

Preparation: This careful preparation of hand-picked grapes in our organic vineyards. The wine is made according to the standards and regulations of organic farming, and under the same criteria all natural processes and treatments are carried out until obtaining this excellent organic wine. During the production process, the must is racked for subsequent controlled fermentation at 16ºC.

Visual Phase: Bright pale yellow.

Olfactory Phase: Intense on the nose, with aromas of fennel, citrus fruits and flowers.

Taste Phase: Fresh, cheerful, delicate and well balanced.

Pairing: Perfect to be accompanied with steamed vegetables, rice, fish, shellfish, cured or soft cheeses.

Temperature: We recommend serving it between 6 and 8º C.
