Yuntero
Composition: Tempranillo – Syrah.
Graduation: 13% vol
Preparation: From carefully selected grapes in the heart of the largest vineyard in the world, La Mancha, this very special blend is born. The fermentation of the varieties independently for 8 days takes place at a controlled temperature of 22-24ºC. Made using the Ganimede system with the aim of obtaining greater fruitiness, the assembly of the grapes is crucial to produce a wine of excellent quality, maintaining the
characteristics of the terrain.
Visual Phase: Intense cherry red color with purple iridescence.
Olfactory Phase: Rich aroma of berries, currant, blackberry and cherry.
Taste Phase: Tasty, complex, balanced and long finish.
Pairing: Perfect with white meats, rice and soft cheeses.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 14 and 16ºC.
Yuntero
Composition: Tempranillo.
Graduation: 12.5% vol
Preparation: From carefully selected grapes in the heart of the largest vineyard in the world, La Mancha, this very special wine is born. After a small cold maceration of the grapes to obtain the pinkish hue, we move on to bleeding the yolk must, for subsequent cold settling for 48 hours at a controlled temperature of between 6-8ºC. Next, fermentation takes place at 14-16ºC for about 20 days, resulting in this light, clean and fruity wine.
Visual Phase: Attractive strawberry pink color with purple touches.
Olfactory Phase: Fresh and refined with notes of strawberry, raspberry and candy.
Taste Phase: Balanced, meaty with plenty of structure and persistence.
Pairing: Perfect to combine with appetizers, cheeses and seafood.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 10 and 12ºC.

Composition: Macabeo – Sauvignon Blanc.
Graduation: 12% vol
Preparation: From carefully selected grapes in the heart of the largest vineyard in the world, La Mancha, this very special blend is born. The mechanized harvest is carried out at night to preserve all the properties of the varieties. After a short cold maceration and settling of the yolk must for 48 hours at temperatures between 6 and 8ºC. Next, the fermentation of the yolk must takes place at temperatures between 14 and 16ºC, giving rise to this exquisite wine.
Visual Phase: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Olfactory Phase: Fruity pear, apple and some tropical touch.
