El tinto Mundo de Yuntero, EcoRacimo de Oro

Bodegas Yuntero ha recibido la medalla de oro, por su vino tinto ecológico Mundo de Yuntero 2014, en la XVI edición del Concurso Internacional de Vinos Ecológicos EcoRacimo 2015, que organiza la Diputación Provincial de Córdoba, el Ayuntamiento de Montilla y la Asociación Valor Ecológico-CAAE (Ecovalia). El principal objetivo de los premios EcoRacimo, en cuya edición de 2015 se han presentado un total de 178 muestras, es poner en valor la calidad del vino elaborado con uva ecológica.

El tinto Mundo de Yuntero es un vino obtenido tras una cuidada elaboración y selección de las variedades de uva procedentes de agricultura ecológica Tempranillo (85%) y Syrah (15%). Es de color cereza con tonos púrpura, de aromas con recuerdo a bayas maduras y frutas rojas silvestres. En boca, resulta armónico, estructurado y con carácter.

En 1992 la Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón, a la que pertenece Bodegas Yuntero, fue pionera en Castilla-La Mancha en producir y comercializar vinos procedentes de agricultura ecológica, dedicando en exclusiva a este tipo de viñedos cinco hectáreas de sus terrenos. Actualmente, la cooperativa posee hasta 1.700 hectáreas para el cultivo del viñedo ecológico, siendo por ello la bodega de España más importante en esta denominación de uva. Durante la pasada vendimia 2014, de los 95 millones de kilos de uva recogidos por los socios cooperativistas de Bodegas Yuntero, 15 millones procedieron de viñedos de agricultura ecológica.

Yuntero con el Medio Ambiente
La Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón apuesta por el Medio Ambiente en todos sus ámbitos de producción, comenzando por el cultivo del campo, con viñedos no sometidos a ningún tipo de tratamiento químico, ni fitosanitario, ni nitrogenados. Con respecto a las instalaciones de la bodega, en 2013 se iniciaron los diseños para construir una nueva depuradora de control y tratamiento de residuos, en cumplimiento de la normativa de vertidos. La depuradora entró en funcionamiento en 2014 con dos balsas de hasta un millón de litros de capacidad cada una.

En previsión de futuros crecimientos de producción, Bodegas Yuntero invertirá durante el presente año otros 280.000 euros en la ampliación de la depuradora y en el perfeccionamiento de todos sus procesos depurativos. De esta forma, la inversión total destinada a esta nueva infraestructura ascenderá a 500.00 euros.

En enero de 2015, Bodegas Yuntero ha sido galardonada con los premios SIGFITO por su labor de reciclaje de productos fitosanitarios. Estos premios, otorgados por la entidad sin ánimo de lucro Sigfito Agroenvases, reconocen el esfuerzo realizado por la Cooperativa en la conservación del medio ambiente mediante la recogida de envases fitosanitarios para su posterior reciclado, así como por su apuesta por el desarrollo sostenible de la agricultura.

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.
