The Cooperative approves the investment of €5M in 2016

La Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero celebró su Asamblea General Ordinaria el domingo 28 de febrero. El Consejo Rector formuló las cuentas anuales de la campaña 2014/2015, con una cifra de negocio de 37 millones de euros y un beneficio neto de 463.000 euros, después de realizar las liquidaciones a los socios cooperativistas de las diferentes variedades de uvas, a precios superiores a los de mercado.

Las cuentas fueron sometidas a votación y aprobadas por unanimidad de los asistentes, tras una amplia exposición de las mismas con proyecciones de la evolución de la Cooperativa durante los últimos años.

Durante la Asamblea, se informó a los socios cooperativistas de la gestión realizada durante la presente campaña; de la gestión económica/financiera, comercial y social; se destacó los kilos de uva recepcionados durante la vendimia 2015 que ascendieron a 99,4 millones de kilos, consiguiendo un nuevo récord de producción en los 62 años de historia de la Cooperativa. Igualmente se reportó ampliamente a los socios de los distintos departamentos de la Cooperativa, Bodega, Embotelladora y Departamento de Productos y Servicios Agrarios.

Lanzamiento de nuevos vinos
Se adelantó a los socios cooperativistas la presentación de los nuevos vinos de Bodegas Yuntero que saldrán al mercado en las próximas semanas: un vino espumoso de baja graduación, bajo la marca POÉTICA, y con la marca EPILOGO un nuevo vino blanco de la variedad Viognier.

Plan de Inversiones 2016
Los socios aprobaron por unanimidad el Plan de Inversiones 2016, presentado por el Consejo Rector, que asciende a 5 millones de euros. La Cooperativa ha realizado inversiones en los últimos cinco años por valor de 20 millones de euros.

Las inversiones previstas para este año irán orientadas a un aumento de la capacidad de almacenamiento, con depósitos de acero inoxidable con instalación de frio para fermentar y conservar a temperaturas controladas, con una capacidad total de 8.2 MM/litros; diversa maquinaria e instalaciones; mejoras en la embotelladora y línea de producción; ampliación de la depuradora para cumplir con la Reglamentación de vertidos; ampliación de oficinas; nuevo laboratorio; sala de catas y despachos técnicos.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.

  • Promotion of the implementation of segregation programs at the origin of waste, to favor its subsequent reuse and/or proper disposal.
  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
