Un nuevo jaraíz de uva blanca, cuatro nuevos descargaderos y una nueva báscula de pesaje están operativos desde el inicio de la presente campaña de recogida de uva.

En 2014 la Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero ha realizado una inversión de seis millones de euros para ampliar sus instalaciones. Las obras, que comenzaron la pasada primavera, tienen por objetivo mejorar todos los procesos de producción de la bodega e incrementar su capacidad de almacenamiento.

Entre los nuevos equipamientos de la bodega destacan:

– un nuevo jaraíz de uva blanca, equipado de depósitos autovaciantes y de desfangado, así como de prensas neumáticas con incorporación de gas inerte.

– cuatro nuevos descargaderos, con sus correspondientes despalilladoras, moledoras de rodillos y bombas, cámaras y controles que permiten la separación de la uva según sus calidades.

– una nueva báscula de pesaje y sistema automático de limpieza de remolques tras la descarga.

Todo ello se encuentra ya finalizado y operativo desde el comienzo de la presente vendimia.

Depósitos de almacenamiento

Las obras de ampliación contemplan además la fabricación e instalación de nuevos depósitos de almacenamiento que incrementarán en 20 millones de litros la capacidad de almacenamiento actual de la bodega.

Los nuevos depósitos, de acero inoxidable, disponen de camisas y serpentines de frio para conseguir la mejor fermentación y estado de conservación del vino. Actualmente, su fabricación e instalación se desarrolla a buen ritmo y, una vez finalizada, dotará a la bodega de una capacidad total de almacenamiento de 82 millones de litros.
