Poética, the new sparkling wine from Bodegas Yuntero

Bodegas Yuntero lanza un nuevo vino al mercado denominado “Poética”. Se trata de un vino con baja graduación (7%), espumoso gasificado y dulce. Está elaborado con las variedades de uva Verdejo y Moscatel, con un porcentaje del 90% y 10% respectivamente. La utilización de la variedad verdejo en este tipo de vinos no suele ser habitual, lo que confiere a “Poética” un punto de distinción sobre ellos.

“Poética” es un vino de color amarillo brillante, con burbujas abundantes procedentes del gas carbónico integrado. En nariz, aparecen aromas a manzana verde y las notas cítricas características de la variedad de uva Verdejo, también los toques tropicales y amielados de la variedad moscatel.

En boca resulta dulce y agradable, a la par que chispeante por el carbónico y la acidez que contiene. Discurre por la boca dejando una sensación frutal y tiene un postgusto largo. Sale al mercado con una atractiva relación calidad/precio.

Bodegas Yuntero presenta este nuevo vino al mercado pensando en el consumidor joven que se inicia en el mundo de los vinos; igualmente para aquel que prefiere los productos de baja graduación; y su dulzor lo hace igualmente atractivo para los paladares más melosos.

“Poética” es el primer nombre en femenino que Bodegas Yuntero utiliza para denominar a uno de sus vinos. El diseño de la etiqueta, de estética bucólica, incorpora margaritas, burbujas y un libro abierto del que salen volando una nube de letras y mariposas, con ello se quiere evocar esas tardes idílicas de lectura y vino, en el campo, rodeados de naturaleza.

La botella, de cristal color ámbar, se caracteriza por ser ancha y de curvas pronunciadas en la base, y se estrecha a medio cuerpo hasta terminar en un cuello fino y estilizado por una cápsula dorada salpicada con mariposas y letras, a juego con la etiqueta.

Elaboration process
Para obtener el mosto yema lo más aromático posible, el nuevo vino “Poética” de Bodegas Yuntero requiere de un despalillado cuidadoso de la uva, una pequeña maceración del fruto en tanque y un meticuloso descube. A continuación, se procede al desfangado estático del mosto a baja temperatura, consiguiendo un mosto prácticamente transparente.

La fermentación es controlada en todo momento hasta alcanzar el contenido deseado, tanto de alcohol como de azúcar. En ese momento, se detiene la fermentación mediante la aplicación de bajas temperaturas.
