Our wines get THREE GOLD medals at the Baco Awards

Los vinos Yuntero Macabeo y Sauvignon Blanc, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc y Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo han sido galardonados con medallas de oro en los premios Baco, concurso nacional de vinos jóvenes, organizados por la Unión Española de Catadores, en los que concursaron numerosos vinos de todo el mundo. Bodegas Yuntero se enorgullece de anunciar que ha recibido tres medallas de oro en la 38ª edición de los premios Baco, certamen organizado por la Unión Española de Catadores (UEC). Los vinos premiados con el oro son: Yuntero Macabeo y Sauvignon Blanc, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc y Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo.

Los Premios Baco se celebraron en Madrid, donde un jurado compuesto por 50 expertos catadores, incluyendo enólogos, sumilleres, periodistas, profesionales de hostelería y críticos de vinos, evaluaron numerosas muestras procedentes de bodegas españolas. Recibir un premio Baco es un gran reconocimiento para los vinos galardonados, así como una garantía de calidad y excelencia para el consumidor. Este certamen está reconocido como el más longevo por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente de España.

Yuntero Macabeo y Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Baco de Oro: Este vino joven y fresco combina las variedades Macabeo y Sauvignon Blanc, resultando en un vino aromático con notas de frutas tropicales. Su equilibrada acidez y frescura lo hacen ideal para una variedad de platos. Este vino ha sido recientemente galardonado con una Mención de Honor en el Concurso de Calidad de la D.O. La Mancha y Oro en Gillbert & Gaillard.

Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Baco de Oro: Elaborado al 100% con Sauvignon Blanc, las uvas son recolectadas en vendimia nocturna para conservar su frescura. Presenta aromas florales y exóticos como pomelo, mango y maracuyá. En boca es muy fresco, con buen volumen, suave, delicado y con un paso largo y persistente. Recientemente ha recibido estos premios: Oro en Catawinum World Competition, Oro en Bacchus, Plata en Concurso Mundial del Sauvignon Blanc y Plata en Gran Selección Campo y Alma.

Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo 2023, Baco de Oro: Este vino ecológico es una muestra del compromiso de Bodegas Yuntero con la sostenibilidad. Presenta una brillante expresión de aromas florales y frutales, con un paladar equilibrado y un final suave y armonioso. Cuenta entre sus últimas medallas con: Oro en Mundus Vini, Oro en Concurso de Calidad de la D.O. La Mancha, Oro en Bacchus, 92 puntos en España Selección y Oro en Ecovino.

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.

  • Prevention, control and minimization of the environmental effects generated in the environment, originated from our activity.
  • Promotion of the implementation of segregation programs at the origin of waste, to favor its subsequent reuse and/or proper disposal.
  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
