Epilogue Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Bacchus de Oro
This young wine from Bodegas Yuntero is made 100% with the Sauvignon Blanc variety. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. The result is a brilliant wine with a pale greenish yellow color, of great intensity and aromatic complexity. The floral and exotic aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc variety are very well integrated in it, such as grapefruit, mango and passion fruit. On the palate it is very fresh, with good volume, soft, delicate and with a long and persistent palate.
