Bodegas Yuntero, present at the 62nd edition of Fercam

One of the novelties that Bodegas Yuntero has this year is the restyling of its main brand, Yuntero, in its varieties of young wines, Macabeo/Sauvignon Blanc, Rosado and Tempranillo/Syrah. So far this year, the Cooperative's wines have accumulated 36 medals in different national and international competitions, which can be tasted at the winery's permanent stand in Fercam, from June 26 to 30, and in the private tastings organized by the Winery.

One more year, the Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero Cooperative will be part of the National Country Fair. In its 62nd edition, Yuntero arrives at Fercam 2024 after having been awarded in numerous national and international competitions.

One of the most awarded brands has been Mundo de Yuntero, in its different ecological versions. It should be noted that the Winery was a pioneer in the production of organic wines in La Mancha in 1992; certified wines, like the rest of the Cooperative's wines, with the international seal for vegans, and which currently have great national and international demand. There are three organic wines that the Cooperative has, within the Mundo de Yuntero range: Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo, Tempranillo Merlot-Syrah and Espumoso BIO.

Makeover on Yuntero labels

Bodegas Yuntero, with 70 years of history in wine making, has renewed the packaging of its main brand Yuntero, in its three young versions, presenting elegant and current labels that perfectly capture its versatile character. These new labels not only stand out for their sophisticated design, but also reflect the winery's commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology. This strategic change underlines Yuntero's ability to adapt to modern trends without losing the essence and tradition that have consolidated it as a benchmark in the wine sector.

Yuntero Wineries, 36 awards in 2024 and faithful to Fercam

Bodegas Yuntero has participated in all editions of Fercam, since its inauguration in 1960. In this 62nd edition, expectations are very good, it will have 100% occupancy of the exhibition area and 204 exhibitors at the Manzanares fairgrounds (City Real), town where the Cooperative has its facilities and offices.

Given its connection with the host town, Bodegas Yuntero has a permanent stand at the Fercam site, where several private tastings will take place - upon invitation - to be held on Thursday 27th, Friday 28th and Saturday 29th June, which as soon as they became available have been completed in a few days. In this typical La Mancha building, decorated with barrels and a spacious area for tasting their wines, customers will be able to enjoy an extensive menu of red and white wines, young wines, aged wines, reserves and sparkling wines.

Bodegas Yuntero's wines accumulate so far this year, 36 awards en distintos concursos nacionales e internacionales: Bacchus 2024, Baco Cosecha 2023, Berliner Wein Trophy, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Concurso a la calidad de vinos embotellados y varietales de la DO La Mancha, Concurso mundial del Sauvignon Blanc, Decanter World Wine Awards, Mundus Vini, ECO VINO 2024, Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge, Gran Selección ‘Campo y alma’ CLM, Catavinum World Competition, Ecoracimo y Zarcillo.

Among all of them, the 5 Gold Bacchus to the World of Yuntero Verdejo, Epilogue Sauvignon Blanc, Casa la Teja Reserva, Yuntero Reserva Viñas Viejas and Yuntero Reserva 69 vintages; as well as the 3 Gold Bacchus to Mundo Verdejo, Epilogue Sauvignon Blanc and Yuntero Macabeo. Yuntero Reserva Viñas Viejas and Mundo Verdejo are the most awarded wines, the latter with 5 golds.
