For the 2014 Bodegas Yuntero vintage has released a new white grape jaraíz, four new discharge and a new weighing scale, among other new equipment. In these images some of the processes of the reception and process of grapes in our facilities are reflected, during this campaign.

Grape reception. The weight of the load is specified on the input weighing scale and various factors (degree of acidity, pH, baumé ...) that determine the quality of the grape are analyzed.

After the weighing scale, the trailers access with the grape to the discharge zone. In the photo the four new white grape discharges that we have released during the 2014 Harvest.
