Our wines get THREE GOLD medals at the Baco Awards

The wines Yuntero Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc and Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo have been awarded gold medals in the Baco awards, a national competition for young wines, organized by the Spanish Union of Tasters, in which numerous wines from all over the world competed. the world. Bodegas Yuntero is proud to announce that it has received three gold medals in the 38th edition of the Baco awards, a competition organized by the Spanish Union of Tasters (UEC). The wines awarded with gold are: Yuntero Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc and Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo.

The Baco Awards were held in Madrid, where a jury made up of 50 expert tasters, including oenologists, sommeliers, journalists, hospitality professionals and wine critics, evaluated numerous samples from Spanish wineries. Receiving a Baco award is great recognition for award-winning wines, as well as a guarantee of quality and excellence for the consumer. This contest is recognized as the longest running by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment of Spain.

Epilogue Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Baco de Oro: Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. It presents floral and exotic aromas such as grapefruit, mango and passion fruit. In the mouth it is very fresh, with good volume, soft, delicate and with a long and persistent palate. It has recently received these awards: Gold in Catawinum World Competition, Gold in Bacchus, Silver in the World Sauvignon Blanc Competition and Silver in Gran Selección Campo y Alma.

World of Yuntero Verdejo 2023, Golden Baco: This organic wine is an example of Bodegas Yuntero's commitment to sustainability. It presents a brilliant expression of floral and fruity aromas, with a balanced palate and a soft and harmonious finish. Among his latest medals are: Gold in Mundus Vini, Gold in the D.O. Quality Contest. La Mancha, Gold in Bacchus, 92 points in Spain Selección and Gold in Ecovino.
