Bodegas Yuntero participates in the BMIC 2014 conferences

Durante los tres días que duran las jornadas “Buyer Meets Iberian Cellar” (BMIC) 2014, las bodegas tienen la oportunidad de dar a probar sus vinos y cerrar acuerdos comerciales con distribuidores e importadores de otros países. Concretamente, para esta 11ª edición del BMIC organizada por Wine Pleasures, vienen de países como Reino Unido, Canada, Rusia, Holanda, Líbano, Estados Unidos, Países Bajos, Japón, Corea del Sur, Alemania, Méjico, Singapur, Vietnam y Nigeria, entre otros.

A diferencia de otras ferias de
alimentación y bebidas, las jornadas BMIC están cerradas al
público en general, de cara a conseguir que, tanto las catas como las reuniones que se llevan a cabo entre las bodegas y los compradores, sean lo más productivas posibles.

En la actualidad, Bodegas Yuntero comercializa sus productos en cerca de una veintena de países, siendo las jornadas BMIC una ocasión idónea para afianzar las relaciones comerciales existentes así como para explorar y ampliar hacia nuevos mercados.

Durante las jornadas BMIC, Bodegas Yuntero presentará los siguiente vinos: los blancos de la añada 2013, Yuntero Macabeo, Epílogo Blanco, Lazarillo Verdejo y el ecológico Mundo de Yuntero Blanco; los tintos, Yuntero Tinto 2013, Yuntero Crianza 2010, Yuntero Reserva 2008, Epílogo Roble 2011, Lazarillo Tinto 2013 y el ecológico Mundo de Yuntero Tinto 2013; y finalmente, el vino Yuntero Rosado 2013.

Uno de estos caldos, el tinto Epílogo Roble 2011, fue galardonado el año pasado (2013) en distintos concursos internacionales como el Challenge International du Vin de Francia (medalla de oro), el Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (medalla de plata), o el Berliner Wein Trophy (medalla de plata). Además, fue valorado por el prestigioso crítico estadounidense Robert Parker con una excelente puntuación: 89 sobre 100.

En total los vinos de Bodegas Yuntero recibieron a lo largo de 2013 más de una decena de premios nacionales e internacionales, y el reconocimiento del crítico Parker quién también puntuó con 90 puntos sobre 100 los vinos Epílogo Blanco 2012 y el ecológico Mundo Tempranillo 2012.

La Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero, que este año cumple 60 años de existencia, está conformada por 700 socios viticultores, con una extensión total de viñedos de 6.000 Hectáreas. La Bodega produce, tanto en su versión convencional como ecológica, vinos Blancos, con las variedades de uva Airén, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc y Chardonnay; y vinos Tintos con las variedades Cencibel, Cabernet, Merlot y Syrah.

Bodegas Yuntero thus offers a wide range of bottled wines: Young, Crianza, Reserve and Organic under four Denominations (D.O. La Mancha Wines, Tierra de Castilla Wines, Organic Wines, Table Wines). The currently registered brands form a wide range prepared for the different markets: Yuntero, Lazarillo, Casa de la Teja, Cesta de Frutas, Viña Altair, Mundo de Yuntero, Cultus, Ídolo and Epilogue.

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.

  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
