Motivated by the bankruptcy situation of Mostos Españoles, S.A. of Tomelloso, on June 3, 2024, an order was issued by the Commercial Court No. 1 of Ciudad Real by which the period for submitting offers for the acquisition of the productive unit of said company was opened. In the indicated order, a short period of twenty days was given for the presentation of offers, since the court intended to carry out the purchase and sale in the shortest possible time so that the activity of the bankrupt company would not be significantly affected and could guarantee the continuity of this business project.

After an exhaustive analysis and several negotiations, the Governing Council and Management of Bodegas Yuntero decided to present a purchase offer that turned out to be the best offer presented, and therefore the final winner.
