At Bodegas Yuntero we have modern facilities that combine tradition and experience with the most advanced technology.

Our winery has tanks and more than 3,000 American and French oak barrels, where our wines acquire complexity and elegance with a capacity of more than 140 million liters. We guarantee controlled, sustainable and certified production processes, always faithful to the essence of La Mancha wines.

At Bodegas Yuntero, in the heart of La Mancha, we produce white, red and organic wines combining tradition, technology and exhaustive control of the grapes from their reception in the winery. With varieties such as Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, Airén, Sauvignon Blanc or Verdejo, we work with innovative techniques such as the Ganímede system and Air Mixing that preserve the integrity of the grapes and enhance their aromas.

Our wines go through clarification processes, controlled fermentation and custom blends, offering maximum flexibility to the client. In addition, we have modern air-conditioned warehouses and more than 2,000 American and French oak barrels for aging, ensuring that each bottle retains the essence and freshness of its first days.

Automated line with 360º artificial vision controls and capacity of 10,000 bottles/h

Our glass bottling line has 360º artificial vision technology, which reviews each bottle to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. With a capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour, we can guarantee precision, efficiency and safety throughout the process.

Bag in Box

3L, 5L and 10L formats with 400-650 units/h. Differential: we produce wine directly from our vineyards.

We have a fully automated line for packaging in 3L, 5L and 10L formats, with a performance of between 400 and 650 units per hour. Unlike much of the competition, at Yuntero we produce wine directly from our vineyards, ensuring full control of traceability from vine to packaging.

We offer a comprehensive service that ranges from bottling our own brands to the creation of personalized brands for distribution chains and individual clients. QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.
