Production: clearing of must and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: bright and clean wine, straw-colored with greenish tones. Medium intense nose, with notes of recently cut grass, fennel, citruses, and green apple. In mouth, it's a fresh wine, with a medium/high acidity, well balanced with the fruit. It has a good finish, with a slight bitter taste, a characteristic feature of the variety.
Gastronomy: fish, seafood, white meats, rice and other dishes.
