Yuntero Rosado Tempranillo 2012 (Bronze Medal)
Made from 100% Tempranillo grape variety, it is obtained after cold maceration of the grapes for 12 hours, thus achieving its characteristic intense pinkish hue. After this process, the yolk must is bled and subsequently racked in cold at a temperature of between 6-8° C. After 48 hours, the yolk must is fermented for about 20 days between 14-16° C.
The result is a rosé wine with an attractive and intense raspberry red color, with aromas of said fruit and strawberry, and that stands out in the mouth for its balance, meatiness, complexity, structure and persistence.
