Conceived this wine as a dream, we present a Sauvignon Blanc with a modern, current and aromatic profile, whose grapes have been harvested at night to preserve all its aroma. Pale yellow in color, with greenish hues and golden reflections. Its aroma is reminiscent of tropical fruits, flowers and honey. It is a very fresh wine with good volume in the mouth.
Visual Phase: Pale lemon yellow with golden reflections.
Olfactory Phase: Great aromatic intensity of flowers and exotic fruits such as grapefruit, mango and peach.
Taste Phase: Soft and delicate with a long and elegant finish.
Pairing: Ideal with rice, seafood, fish, pasta and rice.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 6 and 8ºC.
