The Yuntero wines awarded by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. the stain

En mayo de 2013 se realizó la entrega de premios de la dieciseisava edición del Concurso a la Calidad de Vinos Embotellados y Varietales de la Denominación de Origen La Mancha, que otorga este Consejo Regulador.

La Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero obtuvo dos Medallas de Bronce: la primera, en la categoría de vinos rosales varietales tempranillo, recayó en el vino Yuntero Rosado Tempranillo 2012; y la segunda, en la categoría de tintos jóvenes coupage, fue a parar al vino ecológico Mundo Yuntero Tempranillo 2012.

Yuntero Rosado Tempranillo 2012 (Medalla de Bronce)

Elaborado al 100% con la variedad de uva Tempranillo, se obtiene tras una maceración en frío de la uva durante 12 horas, consiguiéndose así su tonalidad rosácea intensa tan característica. Tras este proceso se realiza el sangrado del mosto yema y su posterior desfangado en frío a temperatura de entre 6-8° C. Pasadas 48 horas, el mosto yema se fermenta durante unos 20 días entre 14-16° C.

Como resultado se obtiene un vino rosado con un atractivo e intenso color rojo frambuesa, con aromas a dicha fruta y a fresa, y que en boca destaca por su equilibrio, carnosidad, complejidad, estructura y persistencia.

Mundo Yuntero Tempranillo 2012 (Medalla de Bronce)

Es un vino tinto ecológico obtenido tras una cuidada elaboración y selección de uvas procedentes de los viñedos de Bodegas Yuntero que se encuentran acogidos al reglamento de Agricultura Ecológica.

Está elaborado con las variedades Tempranillo (85%) y Syrah (15%). Cuenta con siete días de maceración con fermentación a temperatura controlada. Es de color cereza con tonos púrpura. Sus aromas más característicos: bayas maduras y frutas rojas silvestres. En boca resulta armónico, estructurado y con carácter.

Cabe destacar que Mundo Yuntero Tempranillo 2012 también ha obtenido la Medalla de Oro en la 17ª edición de la Berliner Wein Trophy 2013, una de las más prestigiosas competiciones internacionales de vino que se llevó a cabo en Berlín (Alemania), y que está patrocinada por la Organización Internacional de la Viña y el Vino (OIV).

En 2014 se cumplen 20 años desde que la Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón introdujera en el mercado la marca Mundo de Yuntero, el primer vino manchego procedente de viñedos ecológicos.

  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
