Bodegas Yuntero ends its 72nd harvest with the confirmation of a reduction in production, but of excellent quality.
Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero SC CLM, confirms a decrease of close to 14% compared to the previous campaign, but with exceptional quality that will result in the satisfaction of its customers.
On October 15, Yuntero completed its 2025 harvest, reaching a production of 154 million kilos of grapes, 14% less than the previous year, but, on the other hand, these figures confirm that this is the second largest harvest in the history of the cooperative, only below the 2024 harvest, a sign of the great trust placed by the members in the Cooperative. Consolidating itself as a benchmark in the sector, bringing its wines to much of the world, and being an ally as a quality supplier to the main wine operators worldwide.
High quality harvest and commitment to diversification.
From Bodegas Yuntero, they confirm that this vintage, without a doubt, will be characterized by the quality of the wines produced, since the raw material has arrived at the winery in exceptional conditions, with optimal levels of both alcohol content and acidity.
With a clear commitment to diversification, this winery collects a large number of varietal grapes such as Macabeo, Verdejo, Viognier, Moscatel, S Blanc and Chardonnay, in addition to the most predominant grape in the area such as Airén, in whites, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Garnacha and Graciano in reds, without forgetting the Tempranillo. In this way, the wines and musts from this winery reach all parts of the world.
Furthermore, Yuntero has maintained its leadership in organic wines, in its different varieties, a pioneering commitment in Castilla-La Mancha since 1992, which represents 10% of its current production and has a consolidated market base.
Next arrival of the 2025 vintage to the market
Starting in the next three weeks, the new 2025 vintage of the young white wines Epílogo, Yuntero, Mundo de Yuntero and Casa la Teja will begin to be available, with a forecast of excellent quality. The first tastings have shown an optimal balance both in the health aspect and in its organoleptic qualities, a result of the care and professionalism of the technical and oenological team.
Expansion and economic growth: record turnover in 2025
For the second consecutive year, the Cooperative has closed the year with a historical turnover of almost 100 million euros, driven by the increase in sales in international markets, and the result of the diversification of its activities. Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero SC CLM, reaffirms its economic-financial solidity, with a net worth of more than 46 million euros, which allows it to face new investments in technological improvements and increased production capacity, to satisfy the needs of its partners and customers.

After a year of activity, Yuntero Mostos has consolidated itself as a reference operator at the national and international level in the production and marketing of concentrated musts, the result of its commitment to the diversification of its operations, of which the Cooperative affirms that it has a very positive balance of its first year of activity.
