Bodegas Yuntero, in FENAVIN

Bodegas Yuntero presenta su amplia gama de vinos embotellados durante la octava edición de la Feria Nacional del Vino (FENAVIN), que se celebra del 12 al 14 de mayo en Ciudad Real. Desde los vinos con Denominación de Origen La Mancha, con las marcas Epílogo y Yuntero, a los Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla, con la marca Lazarillo, y los vinos Ecológicos, con la marca Mundo de Yuntero.

La bodega, en una apuesta permanente por la calidad, ha realizado inversiones en los últimos años por importe de 16 millones de euros, destinados a ampliar sus instalaciones, así como a dotar a la bodega de la tecnología más avanzada del mercado para conseguir la excelencia en todos sus procesos: desde la entrada y selección de las uvas -con controles de calidad-, a la molturación, el prensado, el desfangado estático, los óptimos medios de centrifugado y filtración de mostos, y los esmerados controles de temperaturas en la fermentación.

Bodegas Yuntero cuenta con 16 equipos de frío, con más de 6.000.000 millones de frigorías. Tiene una capacidad de almacenamiento total de 90 millones de litros, mediante envases de diferentes capacidades de acero inoxidable. Cuenta con una embotelladora que alcanza una producción de 6.000 botellas/hora y una nave climatizada de barricas con 3.000 unidades de roble francés y americano.

En cumplimiento de la legislación Medio Ambiental, Bodegas Yuntero ha construido una depuradora que controla todos sus fluyentes antes de la salida hacia la Red Publica.

En la presente campaña, la bodega está ejecutando un nuevo proyecto de inversiones por valor de 5 de millones de euros, consistente en la construcción de una nueva nave de preparación de vinos, nuevos equipamientos técnicos, un laboratorio, una sala de catas y oficinas técnicas.

Bodegas Yuntero cuenta con una masa social de 750 socios, con 7.500 hectáreas de viñedos, de los que cabe destacar un aumento importante en el cultivo de uvas de calidad varietales y ecológicas, y en los que se elaboran uvas de las siguientes variedades para vinos blancos: Macabeo, Verdejo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc y Moscatel. Y para vinos tintos: Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah y Petit Verdot.

Gracias a este amplio abanico de variedades de uva, Bodegas Yuntero tiene capacidad para atender los diferentes gustos de sus clientes, proporcionando el vino final que se demanda en cada mercado.

La filosofía de Bodegas Yuntero-Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón es una apuesta permanente por la calidad de sus productos y procesos, estando certificada en las diferentes Normas de Calidad: ISO-BRC e IFS.

El respaldo a la calidad de sus productos viene refrendada por los más de 100 primeros que ha conseguido en diversos certámenes de gran prestigio nacional e internacional. Durante 2015, Bodegas Yuntero ha sido galardonada con los siguientes premios:

Bodegas Yuntero tiene presencia en más de 20 países de todo el mundo y cuenta con una oficinal comercial en China. El 85% de su facturación proviene de mercados internacionales.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.
