Bodegas Yuntero awarded with a Silver Award

La Unión Española de Catadores ha concedido, en la vigésimo octava edición del Concurso Nacional de Vinos Jóvenes, un Baco de Plata al Epílogo Blanco de Bodegas Yuntero.

Anualmente la Unión Española de Catadores (UEC) convoca los Premios Baco donde se premian los mejores vinos jóvenes nacionales en una cata-concurso reconocida oficialmente por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente. En esta nueva edición, celebrada el pasado 29 de mayo, se presentaron un total de 382 vinos, todos ellos cosecha de 2013, procedentes de hasta 51 indicaciones de la geografía vitivinícola española, siendo 45 de ellas Denominaciones de Origen.

El jurado, compuesto por 45 expertos catadores de la UEC, galardonó 76 de estos vinos. El Epílogo Blanco 2013 de Bodegas Yuntero recibió un Baco de Plata. El pasado mes de febrero este vino obtuvo también una medalla de oro en el concurso internacional Berliner Wein Trophy 2014.

En lo que llevamos de año, Bodegas Yuntero ha visto recompensado el esfuerzo continuo por la calidad de sus productos mediante otros importantes premios nacionales e internacionales. Entre ellos cabe destacar la medalla de oro concedida al Tinto Selección Reserva 2008 en el Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2014 -vino que también recibió una medalla de plata en los Premios Bacchus 2014 de la UEC-; y otra medalla de oro al ecológico Mundo de Yuntero Blanco entregada en el Berliner Wein Trophy 2014.

Con Denominación de Origen La Mancha, está compuesto por las variedades de uva Sauvignon Blanc y Moscatel de grano menudo. Cada una de ellas se trabaja por separado para posteriormente realizar el coupage definitivo.

Es de gran intensidad aromática, conjugándose los aromas florales y exóticos de la variedad Sauvignon Blanc (pomelo, mango, maracuyá) y los tonos amoscatelados de la variedad Moscatel. En boca, resulta un vino muy fresco y con buen volumen, ofreciendo una sensación amielada, suave y sedosa.

  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
