Para la Vendimia 2014 Bodegas Yuntero ha estrenado un nuevo jaraíz de uva blanca, cuatro nuevos descargaderos y una nueva báscula de pesaje, entre otros nuevos equipos. En estas imágenes se plasman algunos de los procesos de la recepción y proceso de la uva en nuestras instalaciones, durante la presente campaña.

Recepción de la uva. En la báscula de pesaje de entrada a las instalaciones se especifica el peso de la carga y se analizan diversos factores (grado de acidez, PH, Baumé…) que determinan la calidad de la uva.

Tras la báscula de pesaje, los remolques acceden con la uva hasta la zona de los descargaderos. En la foto los cuatro nuevos descargaderos de uva blanca que hemos estrenado durante la vendimia 2014.

Tras pasar por la báscula de pesaje, un remolque suelta la carga de uva blanca varietal en uno de los descargaderos que hemos estrenado esta vendimia.

El descargadero tras recibir una carga de uva blanca varietal (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, Moscatel y Macabeo). La vendimia de este tipo de uva es nocturna, para una mejor preservación de sus cualidades y características.

Debajo de los cuatro nuevos descargaderos se encuentra la sala de máquinas (despalilladoras, moledoras de rodillos y bombas, cámaras y controles que permiten la separación de la uva según sus calidades).

Depósitos del Jaraíz de uva tinta donde fermenta el vino durante aproximadamente 5-6 días (jóvenes), ó 12-14 días (reservas y crianzas).

Durante 2014 la bodega ha realizado una fuerte inversión para incrementar en 20 millones de litros de vino su capacidad de almacenamiento. Con los nuevos depósitos, la bodega tendrá una capacidad total de 82 millones de litros.
