La Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón de Manzanares, celebró el pasado Domingo día 22, una emotiva e intensa Asamblea General Ordinaria, en la que se renovó parte del Consejo Rector, incluido el Presidente, se aprobaron las cuentas anuales del ejercicio 2013/2014 y también se aprobó un ambicioso plan de inversiones para 2015, que supera los 5 millones de Euros.

La intensa Asamblea comenzó con un informe del Presidente y la exposición por parte del Gerente, Don Ramón Alcarazo Peñuelas, de las cuentas anuales del ejercicio pasado; estas cuentas, entre sus resultados más significativos arrojan una cifra de negocio de: 32.678.899 Euros, (en 11 meses de actividad), un EBITDA de 2.075.847 €, un resultado del ejercicio de 474.255 €, ademas de unos impuestos a pagar de 50.457 €, entre otras partidas.

La Asamblea General aprobó por unanimidad estas cuentas presentadas por el Consejo Rector.

La propuesta del ambicioso plan de inversiones, de más de 5 millones de euros, fue aprobada por la Asamblea, con una sola abstención. Dicho plan, viene a afianzar el compromiso de la bodega con la mejora en la calidad de los procesos de producción, la mejora en la atención al socio en la época de vendimia y el compromiso de los socios con el medio ambiente al aprobar inyectar otros 280.000 € en la ampliación y perfeccionamiento en los procesos de depuración. Con esta partida las inversiones de la bodega en su depuradora serían de 500.000 €.

La emotiva e intensa jornada terminó con la renovación parcial del Consejo Rector de la bodega, en la que su Presidente, Don Félix Cano Díaz-Benito, fue renovado por abrumadora mayoría; además se produjeron unas brillantes intervenciones de los candidatos, que recordaron los mejores tiempos de la Bodega.

Los miembros elegidos para formar parte del nuevo Consejo Rector, fueron, además de su Presidente:

– Don Felipe Rodriguez Callejas, como Tesorero
– Don Gabriel-José Nieto-Márquez León, como Vocal
– Doña Ascensión Millán Fernández-Bravo, como Vocal

Además de los cinco miembros del Comité de Recursos.

En esta Asamblea, también se procedió a rendirle un pequeño homenaje al Tesorero saliente, Don Felipe Nieto-Márquez Maeso, después de más de 24 años de permanencia en el Consejo Rector.

La Asamblea finalizó con unas animadas intervenciones de los socios y con la degustación de un vino de confraternización por parte de los mismos.

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.

  • Prevention, control and minimization of the environmental effects generated in the environment, originated from our activity.
  • Promotion of the implementation of segregation programs at the origin of waste, to favor its subsequent reuse and/or proper disposal.
  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
