Five GOLD medals for our wines in the Bacchus 2024 competition, organized by the Spanish Union of Tasters.
The Madrid Casino has been the setting in which, for four days, from April 15 to 19, more than a hundred national and international expert tasters from 28 countries have gathered to carry out a blind tasting of all the wines presented to this oenological competition. More than 1,900 wines from 18 countries have been submitted to this call, which this year has included vermouths and spirits.
We are proud to report that, on this occasion, we have stood out for the flood of gold medals received. In total, five medals of the precious metal have gone to our wines Yuntero Reserva Viñas Viejas, Casa La Teja Reserva, Yuntero Reserva 69 Vendimias, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc and Mundo Yuntero Blanco.
Yuntero Reserva Viñas Viejas: Made with the native variety of La Mancha, Tempranillo, the grapes have been harvested manually in their oldest vineyards. It results in a very round, smooth and elegant wine, with a long aftertaste.
Casa la Teja Reserve: This reserve wine is tasty, with soft and pleasant tannins. It has a pleasant aftertaste with toasted hints.
Yuntero Reserva 69 vendimias: With the presence of fruit and the barrel aging gives it toasted touches, it also has elegant and velvety tannins. With this Limited Selection of 10,000 bottles, they wanted to reflect the pioneering spirit and pay tribute to the founders.
Epilogue Blanco Sauvignon Blanc: Of great aromatic intensity, with the floral and exotic aromas of the Sauvignon Blanc variety (grapefruit, mango, passion fruit) being very well integrated. In the mouth it is a very fresh wine with good volume.
World of Organic White Yuntero: Careful production of hand-picked grapes in their organic vineyards. The wine is made according to the standards and regulations of organic farming, and under the same criteria all natural processes and treatments are carried out until obtaining this excellent organic wine.
