Bodegas Yuntero premiada con la Medalla de Oro en el Vinalies Internationales 2013

El vino Yuntero Selección Reserva 2007 de la Cooperativa Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero consiguió una Medalla de Oro en el concurso Vinalies Internationales que se celebró en París (Francia) en abril de 2013 y a la que se presentaron unas 3.500 muestras procedentes de todas las regiones del mundo.

El certamen, organizado por la Unión de Enólogos de Francia, goza de gran prestigio y reconocimiento mundial en el sector vitícola.

Yuntero Selección Reserva 2007 (Vinalies d’Or)

Con Denominación de Origen La Mancha, está elaborado al 100% con la variedad de uva Tempranillo. En su elaboración cuenta con una larga maceración con fermentación a una temperatura de 24-25° C. Tras este proceso, es envejecido durante doce meses en barricas de roble mixto (fondos de roble francés y duelas de roble americano). Antes de su comercialización, pasa dos años en botella.

De color rojo cereza tirando a teja, resulta de gran complejidad aromática, despuntando las notas especiadas y balsámicas de su crianza en barrica, además de notas torrefactadas de café y moca. En boca, es un vino muy redondo, suave y elegante, con taninos muy dulces, y con gran persistencia.

Durante 2013, Yuntero Selección Reserva 2007 también ha sido premiado con el Zarcillo de Plata 2013, certamen internacional que organiza la Junta de Castilla y León, y con la Medalla de Plataen el Concurso Regional de Calidad de Vinos de la Feria Regional del Campo de Castilla-La Mancha (FERCAM), que en julio de 2013 celebró su 53ª edición, y que tiene lugar en Manzanares (Ciudad Real), municipio que acoge las oficinas y bodegas de Yuntero.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

At Bodegas Yuntero we consider essential the development of a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System, based on the Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in the BRC and IFS Food Safety Protocols, in order to certify the safe production of our wines, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable in our wine production, aging, bottling and marketing activities, and with those established by the client, and other requirements that the organization subscribes, related to its environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards.

The Winery supports all staff in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the system, considering each worker as the protagonist of the most important phase of the service of a company of recognized Quality, also promoting responsibility towards the environment.

Bodegas Yuntero, through its Integrated Management System, allows patents, its concern and permanent commitment to Quality and the Environment and to achieve a guarantee for the future of our planet that only competitive, sustainable organizations at the forefront of the market can offer.

  • Arrange the delivery of our products in a way that causes the lowest possible environmental impact , always making sure that the products reach our customers in suitable packaging that complies with the applicable environmental regulations.
  • It considers environmental criteria a priority in decision-making, and studying at all times the best environmental technology available, thus modernizing our processes to increase their effectiveness in a reasonable period of time and where necessary.
