This was reflected in the celebration of its Ordinary General Assembly, where the accounts of the 2024/2025 campaign were unanimously approved.

The session served to highlight the significant growth of the Cooperative in recent years, with a net worth of more than 48.05 million euros

The 2026 investment project was also approved, with a budget of 6.4 million euros

Jesús del Perdón-Bodegas Yuntero S.C.CLM, held its Ordinary General Assembly on February 22 in which different topics were discussed, among which the approval of the annual accounts for the 2024/2025 financial year and the 2026 investment plan stood out.

The president of the entity, Mr. Felipe Rodríguez, highlighted the support of all the members for the trust placed in the cooperative, highlighting how year after year, they contribute to its growth and strengthening with the contribution of their products. In addition, the president reported on different strategic projects that are being evaluated and studied within the company's expansion plan.

Regarding the annual accounts for the 2024/2025 financial year, the turnover exceeded the 99.4 million euros which, once the settlements of the products delivered by the partners had been carried out, produced a net profit of 209,561.17 euros.

With respect to the balance sheet, the current economic and financial strength was revealed, with a net worth greater than the 48 million euros.

On the other hand, the investment project presented for the current year 2026 was unanimously approved, with a budget of 6.4 million euros, which will be applied in different actions to expand, modernize and renovate the facilities to improve the different lines of action in which the cooperative currently operates, the majority of these investments being financed with its own funds.

As is usual in the Assembly, the Manager, Pedro Ramírez, gave an account to the members of the management of the Cooperative in three clearly differentiated sections: Commercial management, economic-financial management and social management.

They were informed about the development of the last harvest, the evolution and situation of the markets, of each of the business lines that the cooperative works; bulk wines, bottled wines, Yuntero Mostos and Yuntero Agro, in addition to the economic-financial situation of the entity.

Good figures, which also translate into prizes

This campaign has closed with numerous awards granted in the most prestigious national and international competitions.

Not only the numbers support the trajectory and work of Yuntero Bodegas, but also the recognitions. And, during the last campaign, it received 1 Double Gold, 14 Gold and 10 Silver, among other medals, for its most emblematic wines such as Mundo de Yuntero Verdejo, Epílogo Sauvignon Blanc and the two versions of Yuntero Reserva (Viñas Viejas and 70 Vendimias), mainly.
