
Red Oak Epilogue
Composition: Tempranillo – Merlot.
Graduation: 13.5% vol
Preparation: From grapes selected in the largest vineyards in the world, this DO Mancha Tempranillo-Merlot coupage is born. The two varieties that give life to this wine are made independently to preserve the expressiveness of each of them. After a 10-day maceration at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, the process continues with a 3-month aging in French and American oak barrels, to finish with the final blend of these grapes that will give rise to an excellent, high-quality wine.
Visual Phase: Intense cherry color with maroon trim.
Olfactory Phase: Rich aromas of red fruits, fruit compote, with hints of vanilla and roasted wine from the barrel.
Taste Phase: Balanced, warm, with a pleasant and long-lasting fineness.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany red meats, game, pâtés and fatty or cured cheeses.
Temperature: We recommend serving it between 16 and 18ºC.
