Epilogue is a collection where wine and literature meet. Inspired by great figures of our letters, each bottle combines personality, culture and a unique way of expressing the character of our wines.
OUR INSPIRATION
Where wine and literature they meet.
Epilogue is born from the union between two worlds that share the same essence: wine and literature. Its labels, inspired by figures such as Rosalía de Castro and Miguel de Cervantes, reflect that link between words, culture and emotion.
The white evokes the delicacy and poetic sensitivity of Rosalía, while the red represents a deeper character, inspired by a reinterpreted Cervantes. Two wines with their own personality who share the same story.
EPILOGUE RED OAK
Tempranillo and Merlot with three months of aging
A blend with La Mancha Designation of Origin made with Tempranillo and Merlot. Both varieties are vinified independently to preserve the expressiveness of each one before making the final blend.
After a ten-day maceration at a controlled temperature, the wine remains for three months in French and American oak barrels.
It has an intense cherry color with a garnet rim, aromas of red fruits and compote, accompanied by hints of vanilla and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is balanced, warm and persistent.

WHITE EPILOGUE
Fresh, aromatic and current Sauvignon Blanc
A Sauvignon Blanc with a modern and aromatic profile, made with grapes harvested overnight to preserve all its freshness and expression.
Pale lemon yellow in color with golden reflections, it offers great aromatic intensity, with floral notes and memories of exotic fruits such as grapefruit, mango and peach.
In the mouth it is soft and delicate, with good volume, a long palate and an elegant finish.
