A wine made from a selection of Tempranillo grape plots. After careful destemming, the grapes ferment and macerate for twelve days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 23 °C.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in barrels for twelve months. It has a cherry red color with brick reflections and a high aromatic intensity, with memories of currant and blackberry compote on a smoky and vanilla background.
In the mouth it is tasty, with soft and pleasant tannins and an aftertaste with toasted memories.
Highlights: Tempranillo • 12 months in barrel • 13.5% vol.
Made with Syrah grapes from plots of low production and superior quality. After destemming and bleeding the yolk must, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to obtain a very aromatic and expressive wine.
Reddish in color with bright violet reflections, it presents aromas of black fruits and pepper. In the mouth it is elegant, tasty and with good body.
Highlights: Syrah • Selected plots • 13% vol.
A wine made with Garnacha grapes carefully selected in the heart of La Mancha.
After a brief cold maceration to obtain its characteristic onion skin tone, the yolk must is bled and cold racked for 48 hours. Subsequently, it ferments at a controlled temperature for approximately twenty days.
The result is a bright and attractive rosé, fresh and sweet, in which memories of strawberry and cherry stand out.
Highlights: Grenache • Light and fruity • 12% vol.
